- Anti-bleeding & anti-segregation stabilizer:
It forms a weak polymer network at rest to lock cement paste, fine fillers and coarse aggregates, effectively preventing water separation, aggregate sinking and stratification of high-fluidity mixtures. - Shear-thinning rheology:
Under mechanical shear (mixing, pumping, pouring), its internal network breaks instantly to sharply lower slurry viscosity, delivering excellent flowability and pumpability; once static, the network reconstructs rapidly to restore stability. - Consistency balancer:
It coordinates high flow performance and static stability for self-leveling, grouting and self-compacting systems, solving the common contradiction between "too fluid to stay stable" and "too stiff to construct". - Matrix homogenizer:
It unifies the distribution of mineral particles inside mortar/concrete, reduces internal defects, and improves compactness and overall uniformity of hardened products. - No effect to setting times:
It does not delay cement hydration; mixtures gain early compressive strength quickly, shortening curing waiting time for floor and repair projects. - Wide temperature & water tolerance:
Stable rheological performance under variable construction temperatures and slight water dosage fluctuations, reducing on-site mixing sensitivity. - Low air entrainment:
Minimizes harmful entrapped air inside hardened mortar/concrete, avoiding strength loss and surface pinholes, guaranteeing high compactness and durability. - Low dosage & easy processing:
Recommended dosage: 0.01%–0.10% by weight of cementitious materials; free-flowing powder with anti-caking property, easy to blend into dry mortar premixes. - Compatible with multi-base binders:
Works well with ordinary Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement and calcium sulphate hemihydrate (gypsum) systems.
